Radiotherapy is a well-established treatment for patients with non-small cell lung cancer across various disease stages. Elderly patients can benefit from radiotherapy independent of age, but specific considerations should be made. This article presents current applications of radiotherapy for elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer.
