To evaluate the continued safety and performance of the Reva Fantom Sirolismus-Eluting Bioresorbable Coronary Scaffold in nativ coronary arteries that includes incorporation of a deformable expansion technologgy and an enhanced scaffold material (Tyrocore) that is polycarbonate co-polymer of tyrosine analogs in every-day practice.
