Evaluation whether brush cytology in the oropharynx is a feasible method and determination of the frequency of inadequate specimens in brush cytology. Determination of sensitivity and specificity of brush cytology to detect HPV high risk types (16, 18) in the oropharyngeal mucosa compared to biopsy as the gold standard
