Brief description/objective

The empowerment of young researcher within international collaborations is mutually beneficial, both for individual researchers as for the outcomes of the project. In every large collaboration, both national and international, time should be allocated for education and development of young researchers. It is important to make a communication plan in advance; proper communication is one of the most challenging elements of a large (national and international) consortium.
