Brief description/objective

Robotic assistance in spine surgery is emerging as an accurate, effective and enabling technology utilized in the treatment of patients with surgical spinal pathology. The safety and reproducibility of robotic assistance in the placement of pedicle screw instrumentation is still being investigated. The objective of this study was to present our experience of instrumented spinal fusion utilizing an intraoperative robotic guidance system.
