Brief description/objective
Modic changes (MCs) of the vertebral endplates and facet joint degeneration are common causes for neck pain. No previous study had shown the prevalence and the relationship between MCs and facet joint changes in cervical spondlylotic myelopathy (CSM). The objective of this article was to study the endplate and facet joint changes in CSM.
