Auf Grund Finanzierungsschwierigkeiten durch SAKK wurde in der Schweiz die Anzahl der rekrutierender Zentren auf 2 reduziert. Wir am KSSG haben uns entschieden nicht weiter zu rekrutieren, da bereits Zürich als Zentrum gewählt wurde, und es aus logistischen Gründen auch in der Westschweiz ein rekrutierendes Zentrum geben soll.

Targeted therapy beyond Progression with or without dose-intensified radiotHerapy in oligo-progressive disease (OPD) in oncogene Addicted Lung Tumors (HALT)

Objectives: To determine wether in patients with Mutation positive advanced NSCLC the use of SBRT to ≤ 3 sites of OPD with continuation of TKI improves Progression free survival (PFS) compared with continuation of TKI alone.

Target: 110 Patients for Phase II component
