Brief description/objective
Bisher gut tolerierte Substanz, von der geprüft wird, ob sie früher eingesetzt einen Vorteil bringt, nicht nur bezüglich der Zeit bis zum Fortschreiten der Erkrankung sondern vor allem auch bezüglich der Lebensqualität. Der Placebo-Arm kann gut gerechtfertigt werden, da dies den Standard darstellt.
