Brief description/objective

The aim of the study is to describe clinical characteristics, treatment, and angiographic/clinical follow-up of a contemporary SCAD population in which a large proportion of patients was treated conservatively, i.e. no mechanical revascularization but only medical therapy.
The primary outcome is defined as the composite of death (cardiac / non-cardiac), myocardial infarction (STEMI/ NSTEMI/ ACS) from the time of diagnosis of SCAD to the follow-up of the patient within this study or at close of study database.
