Brief description/objective
Diese Phase II Studie untersucht die Wirksamkeit und Sicherheit einer kombinierten Behandlung mit Sorafenib (Nexavar®) und Everolimus bei Patienten mit nicht-resektablem hepatozellulärem Karzinom (HCC). Die Standardbehandlung mit Sorafenib als Erstlinienbehandlung dient dabei als Kontrollarm.
