Brief description/objective
Panobinostat wird bereits im Rahmen von Studien bei Patienten mit normaler Organfunktion breit angewendet. In der vorliegenden Studie soll die Sicherheit des Medikamentes bei eingeschränkter Nierenfunktion geprüft und dokumentiert werden, damit in Zukunft diese Patienten auch mit Panobinostat behandelt werden können.
