Primary objective: Analysis of cardiac antigen- and microbiota-reactive CD4+ T cell and B cell response during development of cardiac inflammation.
Secondary objectives: Analysis of clinical data, cardiac imaging and immunological parameters (HLA determination, cell flow cytometry of PBMCs and inflammatory biomarker quantification, antibody response via ELISA serology)
