The Kantonsspital St.Gallen (KSSG) is now entitled to use the name «universitäres Lehr- und Forschungsspital». This honors the numerous educational and research achievements of the KSSG. Since autumn 2020, the KSSG and the University of St.Gallen, together with the University of Zurich, have been offering a Joint Medical Master for up to 40 students per year. In addition, the KSSG has been active in both basic and clinical research and thus contributing significantly to the high quality of medical care and treatment in the region. To the press release
