The collaborative project will be pursued by Dr. Jens Stein (Theodor Kocher-Institut, Universität Bern), Dr. James Sharpe (EMBL-CRG Systems Biology Unit, Centre for Genomic Regulation, Barcelona), and Prof. Burkhard Ludewig (Institut für Immunbiologie, Kantonsspital St. Gallen). The 3-year project has received support of 1.5 Million CHF. With Sinergia, the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) aims to make collaborative projects in independent research possible.
